Joy began thinking up fun things to create (mischief?) at a very early age.  She's been makin' and paintin' since anyone can remember.  Over the years all of her friends have known where to come for that perfect gift platter or a bright and zany room design for the discriminating six-year-old.  You can hardly pass a block in Jackson, Mississippi that isn't home to some Joy McAllister Art hand-painted dinnerware, furniture, frames or entire walls.  And now we are pleased to offer these same items to everyone! Joy designs each piece and, with the help of her hard-working personal assistants, hand-paints, fires, and ships each item from her studios right here in the heart of the "Deep South."  Yes, all production is done in the good old USA! Joy has trouble saying "no" to a good cause.  Just check out her artistic contributions at the Jackson Zoo.  Currently she is working with the Junior League of Jackson raising funds for the Mississippi Children's Museum creating personalized family tiles!
